First time in ages that I log onto this blog via my computer and I discover that nothing I’ve blogged via my phone has been posted????? GAH. That was essentially every single blog post about my progress and my days, and cool tips I’ve discovered…. URGH. SO FREAKING FRUSTRATING.
K. To sum it up a lot of my posts were about how I had started to just focus on maintaining my weight, being healthy, and not getting sick. School had started getting insanely busy, and stressful. So I didn’t have as much time as I would have liked to focus completely on overhauling my diet, and fitness regime. I’ve pretty much lost about 5 pounds…. Fluctuating a bit during exam time… aka gained it back during exam time. I think all those 4/5am snacks were what did it. :P
From now on, because it’s summer and I don’t have an extreme amount on my plate I have come up with an action plan.
I’ve been going for a run 5 days a week, as well as doing exercises and what not at home. Along with eating extremely healthy! I found a wonderful app for my iPhone called MyFitnessPal which will help me keep track of my weight, measurements, as well as what I eat.
I’m also reading this really informative book called Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman. Its a great book that talks about transforming your diet not just to lose weight but to BE HEALTHY!
My official mission is to get down to about 130ish pounds and be able to run 10k in under an hour by July 6th which is when I leave for Europe. After that my mission is to not gain any weight and find a way to still get exercise in Europe!
Anyways, time for me to go for a run on this lovely and beautiful day!
