Productive!
Hey Friends,
So this week has been an extremely healthy week! I’ve been eating well… I haven’t been working out extremely hard. I’ve been trying to get into a routine though. So far things seem to be working.
I’ve decided that I’m not going to hop on the scale or do measurements or anything like that more than once a week! I think its pointless. You won’t see a difference in one day or two. Even when you work hard you don’t see a difference right away within the week. Its usually within the next two weeks that you see a slight difference. So there isn’t a point in bogging down my mind and stressing about numbers.
I’m measuring my achievement through the little things… like being able to run an extra km, or just getting up in the morning at 7am and feeling amazing! I’m measuring how I’m doing by the way I feel. Not what the numbers tell me.
I’ve already started noticing a difference though. Theres a bounce in my step, and I have a lot more energy in the mornings!
